Hi there! So nice you are passing by. Do you know what you are looking for?

In a nutshell, this space won’t provide you with masochistic workout routines or diet plans to help you lose those 15 pounds within 2 weeks.

Instead, I intend to simply share my love for food and active lifestyle perspectives with you. No less, no more. If we’re both lucky you may gain some insights and new impulses to your diet. If not, I’m sure you can have some fun here anyways.

You don’t need to be a nutritionist to notice the importance food has in our society and wellbeing. After years of studying and experimenting with different diets, exploring a variety of mindsets, I have developed my own and personal approach to a holistic, sustainable healthy lifestyle that is less restrictive & more fun.

But maybe this story could be also about a German living in Stockholm with an affinity for Latin music and vibes… ’cause this is me, too. So be prepared for some craziness, I hope you enjoy it here.
